Events

Join us as we welcome the Advent Season and journey toward Christmas. We will be singing favorite carols along with added songs and talent from a variety of groups. The show begins at 7 pm at First Baptist Church. We will also be having goodies after so stick around for some Christmas baking.  

We look forward to gathering this Christmas Eve at 4 pm to celebrate the birth of Jesus through story and song. We invite you and your family to come and hear the greatest story ever. Goodies and coffee to follow.  

Grab a board game, pool cue, snacks and come have some fun at the Ark Youth Centre or the Gym of First Baptist Church. Doors will open at 7 pm, this is a free event and open to the whole family. See you there.

Our ladies group will be meeting weekly as they study the book of Genesis. The in person group will meet at 9:30 am in the meeting room. The Zoom group will meet at 1 pm. If you would like more information please contact the office at 250-492-3824,

Please join us on the back lawn for evening of food and fun. We will provide the meat, but bring a salad or dessert if you are able. Lawn games and activities will be available as well.  

It's back! Our huge garage sale is set for June 14, 8 am - noon. Proceeds are going to help raise funds for a Missions trip to Mexico during Spring Break 2026. All sales will be by donation.

We are ready for summer and to show it we are going to have a BBQ in the park every Wednesday in July and August. So, bring a salad, dessert or snack to share, burgers and hotdogs will be provided. See you as Skaha Lake Picnic Area 6 pm.
